Terms of Service
1. The service and operator
Chatterbox is operated by Dört Yazılım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti., a company registered in the Republic of Türkiye. For questions about these Terms, email [email protected].
2. Age of use
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
3. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Chatterbox ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to harass others, distribute malware, infringe intellectual-property rights, or violate any applicable law.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Chatterbox a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service.
7. Space limits
Each space can have up to 25 members by default. Invitations that would exceed this limit are rejected until a member leaves.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account yourself from Data and privacy settings, which anonymizes your account and signs you out everywhere.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Chatterbox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Data processing and business customers
If you use Chatterbox for your team or organization, your use is governed by our Data Processing Addendum, which describes how we process workspace data on your behalf.
11. Service availability and incident response
Chatterbox is provided without a guaranteed uptime level or response time. Current service status is published on our status page.
